How Reiki and Yoga Intertwine
HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT!
Over the upcoming winter holiday, I am offering 3 ALL AGES yoga sessions with a side of Reiki held:
THURSDAY December 26
FRIDAY December 27
THURSDAYJanuary 2 at Noon.
I will be offering these classes all three days. You pick the day!
Classes will be held at Mosaic Yoga 1991 South 1100 East SLC, Utah. Mosaic Yoga is located in the Local Coop, in the alley way just north of Best Friends Adoption Center in Sugarhouse. .
(suggested payment: $10 per person/per class)
Reiki has roots in ancient Japanese healing practices and is considered a form of energy healing. I am trained in a traditional style called Usui Reiki at a Level 2. I will be receiving my additional training (Level 3 & 4) in May 2025.
The work Reiki stems from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and
“ki,” meaning vital life force energy.
Up until this time, I am offering a TRADE system. I give you a free Reiki session in trade for a testimonial. I consider it a win-win barter. I’m receiving needed experience and you get a healing & relaxing session for just a little over an hour.
