Trading Fears for Fun!

So …

My yoga friends are telling me that they’re afraid of the art portion of the upcoming Yoga and Art Day Retreat.

And…

My artist friends tell me that they are afraid of the yoga portion of the Yoga and Art Day Retreat.

So what if we decided collectively to trade in all those feelings of inadequacy, those fears, and give it a try?

What do you think if we collectively try the art from igniting our confidence in yoga or try the yoga from igniting our  confidence with art?

And then I give out special brownie points for those who fear both but are willing to try both!

This is a testimonial from one of last year’s participants

My experience with the recent Yoga and Art Day Retreat was memorable. The instructors were phenomenal in combining the embodying practice of yoga with the earthiness of painting from our inner selves. It was transformative and I will never view yoga or painting in the same way. I highly recommend the retreat and these intuitive and engaging instructors.

Jasmine Star is a Podcaster who recently addressed trading fears for fun.

I literally was searching for the phrase that I often used to describe something that creates anxiety within me:  “Trading Fears for Fun”

and up pops Jasmine’s podcast show addressing the same phrase, and not too surprisingly, the same emotions behind the phrase!

Kismet!

I will be teaching what I commonly referred to as, All People’s Yoga . Through guiding relaxation and visualization techniques, gentle movements, a little bit of the rigorous thrown in the middle, and ending with sound bowl healing, I can guarantee that you will leave this session feeling fulfilled and rewarded.

In the middle of our yoga and art, I will feed you a scrumptious vegetarian meal. This is a meal that will satisfy you in your body, mind, and spirit!

Looking forward to our time together!
